SFX-CHEMISTRY
TBF develops and manufactures a wide range of chemical special-effect products in its in-house laboratory. The portfolio covers materials for flame effects, stunt applications, atmospheric effects, and film production.
The product range includes:
FLAME GELS & PASTES – flame gel (smoke reduced), body burn gel for stunt performers, flame paste (standard, smoke reduced, smokey), colored flame pastes (red, green, blue), and black variants
FLAME PACKS – pre-filled flame cartridges, including smoke-reduced and colored versions (red, green, blue), as well as hose-based configurations
FIRE LIQUIDS & FUELS – smoke-reduced fire liquids, colored fire liquids (red, green, blue), 5-Master fluid, and highly purified torch oils
STUNT & SAFETY MATERIALS – water-based stunt gel for heat protection and body burn applications
FOG & ATMOSPHERIC FLUIDS – fog fluids for different effects (fast fog, eco fog, fat fog, ground fog) and cleaning solutions for fog machines
FILM & STAGE EFFECT MATERIALS – artificial blood (liquid, paste, capsules, mouth foam), blood bags, and special effect consumables
DUST & POWDER EFFECTS – movie dust (white and black) and icing effect powder
All products are developed, manufactured, and quality-controlled in-house. Materials are selected and formulated for reliable and repeatable performance in professional SFX environments.
In addition to the standard range, TBF develops custom formulations on request. Products can be produced exclusively for clients, including private-label solutions.
